The site sets no cookie. One entry may be written to your browser's session storage so a one-off hint is not shown twice; it holds no personal data and your browser discards it when you close the tab. A cookieless analytics script records the address of the page, the page you arrived from, and how long the page took to load.

The briefing form collects your institution, business e-mail address, name, surname, and the area of interest if you write one. Recorded with it: the time, a shortened form of your IP address, and your browser's description of itself.

To answer your enquiry and arrange a briefing, to keep the form working and free of abuse, and to know how the site is used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in keeping our systems secure.

Our hosting provider, our network and security provider, and our mail provider, each acting on our instructions and only to run the service. The contact page carries a check that tells a person from a script, provided by our network and security provider. Some of these providers operate outside Türkiye, under contractual safeguards.

It is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to make automated decisions about you.

While there is a reason to keep it: to answer you, to arrange the briefing, to know what was agreed. Backups are held for thirty days. When there is no reason, it is deleted. If you ask for yours to be deleted, it is deleted.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to its use, and ask for a copy. Write to contact@tmtdefence.com and say which. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.

You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
